Do I need to be registered online to make a purchase?
No, you can also place your order as a Guest.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
At the moment once an order is placed there is no possibility to modify it, please contact us immediately after placing your order via info@chiomi-label.com and our Customer Service team will inform you if it is possible to cancel your order. Note that we can not assure that the cancellation can be effective. During sales or launching periods, our response can be slightly delayed.

How will I know if my order is being processed?
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. All products are subject to availability, if they are not available we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?

Of course. You have 14 days to return it from the day you receive the order. Bear in mind that you have to cover the shipping costs as we try to minimize logistic processes and our environmental impact.

How do I find the right size for my kid?
Our products are unisex and made of 100% organic cotton.
If you are not sure which size to choose, we recommend to choose one size bigger as our fit is unisex and the organic cotton might get smaller depending on your washing.

Do your sweatshirts have an oversize fit?
We have an unisex fit which means is it comfortable and cozy and wearable both for girls and boys.
